The Silver package is specifically designed for health enthusiasts who want to achieve great results in their fitness and focus on the physical aspect of training.

If you enjoy a challenge, like trying new ways of training and want to see results quickly, then the Silver programme is for you.

What’s included in the Silver programme?

Personal Training Sessions 2x a Week

  • Over the course of the 8 weeks, you will receive top quality one-to-one training which will focus specifically on achieving your fitness goals.
  • You can have up to two 45 minute sessions a week over the course of the 8 weeks, with each session promising to push your potential to the max.

   An 8 Week Progressive Exercise Training Programme

  • An innovative and challenging high intensity programme which has been specifically designed to strengthen and condition all aspects of the body, with special focus on core strength and cardiovascular performance.
  • Two different workouts are performed each week with new workouts provided every two weeks to ensure that your body is constantly adapting and achieving great results.
  • Log sheets of all the workouts to track your progress.
  • Video access of all the workouts used during the 8 week programme which will guide you through each exercise.

 

 

Gold Programme

The Gold package is for those looking to achieve truly ground breaking results in their health and fitness and want to have a body that looks and feels amazing.

Gold participants are looking to enhance their fitness lifestyle with a nutrition program that will shed body fat, build lean muscle and deliver optimal health.

This package is only for those who are ready and willing to commit time and effort into achieving the body of their dreams and want to experience radiant health and vitality.

What’s included in the Gold programme?

You will receive everything that’s in the silver programme PLUS:

A 10 Day Pre-Programme Body Cleanse

  • To prepare you for the intensive training program and to ensure your body can achieve its full potential, this cleanse will rid the body of stored toxins and chemicals accumulated over the years.
  • This simple and effective cleanse will provide you with natural herbal remedies which will be used in conjunction with a 10 day green smoothie detox plan.
  •  By the end of the 10 days you will feel as if you have a new body. At a minimum, expect to feel younger, happier, more energised and focused.
    Lifestyle Analysis
  • The lifestyle analysis will seek to determine your current overall health and wellbeing and is used as a bench mark for optimal health.
  • The analysis will be taken at the beginning of the programme and at the end to measure your level of improvement.

Healthy Nutritional Plans

  • To support you throughout the length of the programme, you will be provided with healthy meal plans and recipes.
  • The meals are designed to build lean muscle, burn body fat and provide you with sustained energy throughout the day.
  •  Practically all of the meals have been designed so that they can be prepared in advance and taken with you to work when time is an issue.
  • All meals are listed on a weekly planner, with instant access to the recipes. All of the guess work has been taken out of the equation, all you have to do is follow the plan!
Platinum Programme

Platinum Programme

The Platinum programme is for fitness enthusiasts who are looking to maximise their results with an effective core strengthening and body conditioning phase.

This programme is ideal if you have or have previously suffered injuries from training and are looking for a way to still reach an optimal level of health and fitness without risking further injury.

The platinum programme is also perfect for you if you have a particularly weak core, if you struggle with performing certain exercises effectively or want to improve your flexibility.

What’s included in the Platinum programme?

You will receive everything that’s in the silver and gold programmes PLUS:

A 4 Week Body Conditioning and Core Strengthening Programme

The aim of this programme is to prepare your body physically to be able to better handle the stresses and demands of high intensity physical exercise. The programme will focus on:

  • Improving posture
  • Increasing flexibility
    Improving core strength and stability
  • Enhancing strength and endurance via body conditioning
  • Injury prevention
  • Mastering exercise technique

You will be coached one-to-one on each of these aspects, so that by the end of the 4 weeks your body will have a solid foundation in core strength, conditioning and flexibility . Even if you already consider yourself to have a strong core and be flexible, this programme will expose any weak links and aim to shore them up.

The body conditioning phase is designed to lay the foundation in fitness by increasing body strength through functional body weight movements combined with high intensity. This is also an excellent opportunity to improve your cardiovascular stamina as well.

By dedicating a few weeks to improving these key areas, you will find that every other aspect of your fitness such as strength, endurance, power and motivation will sky rocket. Additionally, your body will be less prone to injury and recover much faster from the effects of post exercise soreness and fatigue.

This means that when it comes to the main 8 week programme that follows the conditioning phase, your body will be super prepared, and you will be able to perform for longer, work harder and ultimately get even better results!
