Body Armor Basics

Starting CrossFit can be a scary and intimidating experience. So many movments, amazingly fit people…well, we don’t feel it should be that way. Body Armor members are family, and we take care of our family. This is an 8 session course taught over 4 weeks. The design is to best prepare you for CrossFit at Body Armor. A semi-private group will meet 2x per week in which you will learn all the basics. In your 1 hour classes you will also get a workout in each time! From day #1 bonding with a coach who will be your mentor starts. The two of you will discuss goals, nutrition, motiviation, and how to make fitness a lasting part of your life. They will help to guide you as well to keep you accountable.e
